How will I receive rent for my listed property?
LTD will be responsible for collecting deposits & rent from tenants and disbursing monthly rent payments to the landlord as per the agreed upon rentals terms and conditions.
Who takes care of property content insurance?
The landlord will be responsible to secure the required insurance(s) for the listed property.
Who manages property inventory evaluation?
LTD will facilitate the engagement of a professional property inventory evaluation company to conduct a thorough assessment of both movable and immovable inventory within the property. The associated costs will be covered by the landlord.
For how long can I rent my property?
You can list your rental property on our portal if your contract duration is for 7 days or more.
Can LTD provide stand-alone tenant introduction services?
Yes, we can provide stand-alone tenant introduction services at a nominal fee.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
To ensure the protection and upkeep of our properties, a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be collected upon signing the rental agreement.
The security deposit shall be refunded upon termination of the rental agreement, contingent on the completion of a thorough professional inventory evaluation.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be intimated by email 48 hours prior to the start date mentioned on the rental agreement.
Once the rental agreement is signed, the security deposit will become non-refundable in the event of booking cancellation, however any other advance rent amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer.
How do I pay my security deposit & rent?
You can pay the security deposit and rent as per the payment method outlined in our rental agreement, however payments are typically made through bank transfer or other agreed upon method as mentioned in the terms.
Can I keep pets in the property?
Subject to approval from the landlord, you may have the option to keep pets in the property. Please check the ‘Features’ section under the listing for more information.
